This Privacy Policy explains how Cleer Money ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses your personal information when you use the Cleer Money mobile application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the Consumer Data Right (CDR) framework under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Policy.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
